Judicial Seminar Disclosure
In September 2006, the Judicial Conference of the United States adopted a policy that requires
judges and educational program providers to disclose certain information about the attendance of
judges at privately-funded educational programs. Pursuant to this policy, the United States Court
of Appeals for Veterans Claims has established a link to information about the attendance of
CAVC judges at such programs:
